Collection and storage of personal data

When you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored in our email system for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. In addition, your data will be stored as a backup in our CMS database for 60 days and then automatically deleted. We will not share this data without your consent.
When you send us a message via our contact form, the correspondence is automatically encrypted using SSL technology, minimizing the risk of unauthorized reading by third parties.

You have the right to request information about the type and scope of your stored data. Please send a message with a copy of your ID to office@itk.at.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data stored with us, which we will comply with within one month, provided there is no important or legal reason to the contrary, or if this does not entail an unreasonable economic burden for us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
