I am a specialist in clinical immunology with a specialization in allergology, and former president of the Austrian Society for Allergology and Immunology.

I completed my medical and immunological training at the University of Vienna, the University Hospital of Copenhagen, Denmark, and the Institute of Immunology in Bern, Switzerland. My scientific work comprises more than 300 publications.
